Gifts in Will

For tens of thousands of years, Traditional Owners have cared for Country across West and Central Arnhem Land with deep knowledge, responsibility and cultural authority.

Today, Indigenous rangers continue this work—managing fire, protecting sacred sites, restoring habitats and passing cultural knowledge to the next generation.

A gift in your Will to the Karrkad Kanjdji Trust (KKT) helps ensure this vital work continues long into the future.

Why leave a gift to KKT?
KKT was established by Traditional Owners to create a lasting source of funding for Indigenous land and cultural management across West and Central Arnhem Land.

Through partnerships with Aboriginal community-controlled organisations, KKT supports Indigenous-led projects that care for Country, strengthen culture and create opportunities for future generations.

By leaving a gift in Will to KKT, your legacy will sustain healthy landscapes and strong communities across Arnhem Land. It will support Traditional Owners to remain connected to Country, pass cultural knowledge to younger generations, and lead the care and protection of their lands.

In the years ahead, your gift will contribute to a future where Indigenous knowledge and leadership continue to shape how Country is cared for—protecting biodiversity, sustaining culture and supporting people to thrive on their homelands.
